Could you help me?

Could you tell me whether the following sentence is right?
If not, please correct it, but do not divide it into several sentences.
(I hope you will rewrite it as one sentence as I did because I want to learn the structure.)

Beppe Grillo, a famous comedian, politican, who leads the third biggest party in Italy and carrys on 'Movimento 5 Stelle' campaign, insists that Italy should secede from Eurozone, arguing it it impossilbe to reform Italy without its own national currency.

1. "Beppe Grillo, a famous comedian, politician..." is no good? Do I have to make it more clear, for example, "Beppe Grillo, a famous comedian and politician, who...?"

2. Does the one corrected by you sound natural as it is? Or, is it better to divide it into several sentences?
