Those all sound odd.

In terms of better grammar, you could say
eg It's getting your ideas spread.
eg It's spreading your ideas.

But in terms of meaning

What I'd like to say here is "Faster you get your ideas to spread, sooner you will win." However, I hoped to make my answer as simple as possible.

How about "It depends on whether you can get your ideas to spread." or "It depends on how quickly you can get your ideas to spread?" (I know both of them have different meaning from each other, but I think each of them can also be answer of the question.)

I think when people speak of "success", the majority will agree that includes wealth, power and fame", not necessarily in that order. That being said, the suggested meaning of "success" is an "assumed success", if you will, based on your statement ( "Faster you get your ideas to spread, sooner you will win.( that's called marketing)
