Does "I feel scary" means the same as "I am scared" or are there any differences between them in terms of nuance?

By the way, according to another answer responded to the question, related to this issue, which I posted before this question, "I feel scary" means "I am scared (because something or someone scares me)", not "I feel like I cause others to feel fear" And, actually, the quesiton that I posted is about the differences between "I feel scary" and "I am scared", not
