Could you help me?

1. I know that I can say "I am dying of hunger." when I feel very hungry. However, I wonder how I can express the situation that I am really dying because of hunger. Is it same with it or can I judge it only case by case?

2. How about "I am dying of/from hunger."? Does it have the same meaning with "I am dying of hunger."?

Thank you.

The meaning is in the tone, so you would have to judge case by case. And I would not use "from hunger."
