Could you help me?

Can I say "As wanting to go there, I phoned my dad." instead of "Because I wanted to go there, I phoned my dad."?

Or should I remove "as" in the first one, like "Wanting to go there, I phoned my dad."?

I hope you will answer it.

Thanks.

Hi,

Can I say No "As wanting to go there, I phoned my dad." instead of "Because I wanted to go there, I phoned my dad."?
