Could you grammar-check?

  1. It would be difficult to teach Japanese students English.
  2. It would be difficult to teach English to Japanese students.
  3. English would be difficult to teach Japanese students.
  4. English would be difficult to teach to Japanese students.
  5. Japanese students would be difficult to teach English.
  6. Japanese students would be difficult to teach English to.

#3 and #5 are iffy to my eye. #6 is a little clumsy compared to other ways of saying it. The others are OK (grammatically at least – they could be semantically slightly odd with "would", as if such a thing has not been tried).
