Could you give me some feedback on the introduction of the following question?

Here is an IELTS task 2 one:

Some people believe the aim of university education is to help
graduates get better jobs. Others believe there are much wider
benefits of university education for both individuals and
society. Discuss both views and give your opinion.


Here is my introduction:

People hold different views about the influence of tertiary education on every single individual and society as a whole. While some people think that its benefit is restricted to better job prospects, others are inclined to attach a rich variety of other great importance to the educational level.
