Could you fix a sentence that sounds weird?

Oh who was a Seoul mayor in Korea in 2010 decided to quit working even though his Seoul mayor term was remained about 3 years. That was because he made a mistake that he spent a lot of taxes on an wrong business. However, the choice was also a mistake because the next Seoul mayor will have to solve the problem. As a result, he took criticism from many Korean. Eventually, he decided to solve the problem during his Seoul mayor term again. After that, he solved the problem and achieved recognition from Korean again. In this way, it is better for leaders to give more opportunities to make up their mistakes.
