Could you explain this context please?
I don't understand this context. Could anyone explain it?
"I've never wanted kids.
The idea of becoming a teenage mum repulses me so I got the implant.
I'm going to uni next year, to become the only thing I've ever wanted to be...
But now I have all the symptoms of early pregancy, and I'm sad that I'm not pregnant. I'd love to have your child!"
I really don't understand this woman. Why did she get the implant? because of the idea of becoming a teenage mum? It sounds so ridiculous to me. And what's the only thing? I guess it is that she's becoming mum. I also don't understand why she is sad. she said just earlier that she is pregnant. Why is she sad that she is not pregnant?
