Could you evaluate these questions?

Hi teachers,
‘We’re always three hours or more behind him,’ Felix said to Adam in the car. ‘We drive up and down the country, but Dinon always moves on before we get there.’
‘Perhaps this shopkeeper can tell us something,’ Adam said.
But the shopkeeper was not helpful. ‘Alex who?’ he said.

1. Was Alex always ahead of them in time? Explain your answer.
Yes, he was. Because Felix said that they were there hours or more behind him.

2a. Did Alex always change to a new place before they arrived? Explain your answer.
2b. Did Alex always change to a new place ahead of them? Explain your answer.
Yes he did. Because Felix said that Dinon always moved on before they got there.

3. Was the shopkeeper willing to help Felix and Adam? Explain your answer.
No he wasn’t. Because he said, ‘Alex who?’
