Could you correct this sentence?

The pie charts compare the reason why people in the UK stay and leave their country. The first chart presents why people stay in the UK, which are quality of life, financial reason, weather, employment and joining family and friend while the second chart illustrates family and friends, social life, financial reason, language and employment as in the reason why they want leave the country.
In the first graph, it is observed that 37% of population in the UK wants to stay because of quality of life. This is followed by financial reason, weather and employment at 24%, 18%, and 12% respectively while joining family and friend was answered least at only 9%. Meanwhile, close to half of all respondents who left the UK said it was due to their family and friends, accounting for 43%. This is distantly followed by social life at 21%, financial reason at 15%, language at 11%, and emplyment at 10%.
