Could you correct this commentary on Taxi Driver.

Hi teachers,
Could you correct this commentary on Taxi Driver.
Last weekend I watched Taxi Driver. This film was directed in 1976 by Martin Scorsese. The movie is starred by Robert De Niro as Travis. He plays a taxi driver in the movie. Travis is an ex Marine with several mental problems. He can't sleep and drives a taxi every night. During the film, he goes crazy and believes he must 'clean' New York City. The film ends with a massacre, but Travis doesn't die.

Thanks in advance.

Hi ennon,
Thank you for your help and correction. I meant 'several'. Is it wrong?
Is it 'stars' because of this:
To have (someone) as the most important performer ? The new television series stars a famous movie actress.

"Several" is fine. The top actor is said to star in the movie or to be the star of the movie. The movie stars him (features him). It is a movie starring him. If there are two, they co-star.
