I went rafting with friends. The instructor said that we can jump in the whirling wavy water with white bubbles. I was only one who did not jump in the water. My mind was whiling . In the end, the instructor pushed me out the boat into the water. Although I was wearing the life jacket, I drank a lot of water. when we tried get on the boat, he played a plank, pushing people into the water with his foot. After all got on the boat, he got us alternately get up and squat on the both sides of the boat.
The whole boat was rocking when one side was standing up and the other side was squatting. Some fell in the water again.
When I finished the rafting. My shirt was soaked with the water.
The beads of sweat stood on my forehead./ I had the beads of sweat on my forehead.
