Could you correct question and answer

Hi teachers,
Context:
A: These sandwiches are really delicious. Peter made them, he said. He's an expert in the kitchen, isn't he?
Question:
What did she say about the sandwiches and Peter?
She said that they were very delicious and that he was an expert in the kitchen.

So, there can't be an information question about, 'He's an expert in the kitchen, isn't he?', for the reason you have stated, unless, 'isn't he?' is not there. Right?
