Could you correct or confirm these sentences?

Hi teachers,
Context:
Two years ago, Merrick lived in a shop near the London Hospital. For two pence, people could see him and laugh at him. One day Dr Frederick Treves – a hospital doctor – saw Merrick, brought him to this hospital, and looked at him carefully. Dr Treves could not help Merrick, but he gave him his card.

Would the following be suitabe questions and answers?
1. Where was Merrick two years ago? In a shop near the London Hospital.
2. What could people do for some money? They could see Merrick and laugh at him. (a more challeging one?)
3. What did Dr Treves do after he saw Merrick? He brought him to that hospital and looked at him carefully.
4. Besides examining Merrick at the hospital, what else did Dr Treves do? He gave him his card.

Thanks in advance,

This question can mean both what you intend and "how can people get some money?". But I think your students will understand given the context.
