Could you correct or confirm these questions? (9-2b)
Hi teachers,
According to this text:
Julia and her boyfriend saw a film in the centre of London this evening. The fastest way home is the train, but they are obviously going to miss it. The train is going to leave any second, and they are just at the ticket window. “I’m going to find a boyfriend with a car!” Julia is thinking to herself.
Are the following questions and answers correct?
a) Is the train going to depart in half an hour? No, it isn't. It is going to depart any second.
b) Why are they going to miss the train? Because they are just at the ticket window and the train is going to leave any second.
c) What is Julia's thought? Julia's thought is to find a boyfriend with a car. (Can the answer be shorter?)
