Could you correct or confirm these directions?

Hi teachers,
Which one could be a better dirrection? If neither of them, could you suggest one?
a) Put the needed words in the correct order to have an affirmative sentence using 'xxx' as the subject.
b) Put the needed words in the correct order in order to have an affirmative sentence using 'xxx' as the subject.

Needed information: Some of the words given are not necessary to construct the sentence.

It tried looking online for sentence scrambles so I could send you the link, but they were all too easy. Here is a long scrambled sentence, it is from a fairy tale, all words need to be used. Maybe you can give it a try, and I'm sorry once again.

This is my attempt but I failed. The word that is missing. So it isn't corect at all.

I hope I didn't mess that up. I doubt there is a fairy tale with scuba gear in it, but it is a sentence.
