Could you correct my sentences

i want you to correct my sentences if they are wrong.
1-Advertising warn governments to act more powerful for keeping society in a healthy condition with devoting financial helps,education people, enhancing the culture of health care in vilages and so on.
2-some disease do not have any cure such as HIV, so it is important how we should act to protect our health.
3- it is easier for keeping ourselves safe than curing after become ill., also curing takes more time and spending more money.
4-we should learn how to protect ourselves from getting ill.
5- by performing individual health we can protect society from spreading some danger and epidemic disease like flue type A.
6- government have main role of providing essential facelities in health institutions for protecting people from disease or even cure them after patients illness.
7- some factors are important in mankinds' health; governments and medical specialists in solving health problem or individuals health care.
human try any ways that can help to protect them from getting sick to save time and money and also having a comfortable life.
