Could you correct my grammer below please...thanks

We also would like you to follow the check listed below for your spring cleaning tomorrow.

  1. Please tidy up your desk and put all papers on your desk in your inbox tray.

  2. If it doesn’t fit, just put it next to it for now.

  3. If the file/document has no action for you to do, you can trash it, recycle it, or shred it, if you don’t need it.




For those who plan to rearrange or move your cabinet please ensure safety and hazard is being taken into consideration.



There will be some prizes to be given away to the cleanest and worst desk owner too.



So, please get yourself ready for tomorrow at 3.30pm. There will be light refreshment served.
