We wish to highlight to you that until today, we have not received any notification from COMPANY to continue or extend your work agreement which is expiring on December 31, 2009. However, I have sent a reminder to them but should we have not received their confirmation until next week Monday, your contract shall be deemed terminated as stipulated in your agreement extension dated May 2, 2009.
Please let us know if your superior had informed you of their intention to extend your contract.
