Could you correct my grammar below please...thanks

All tax for him has been paid on timely basis and we have passed all tax receipt and statement to him on 26 February 2009. Last conversation we had with him was on 6th March 2009 which we had passed him his E-ticket for demobilization ticket back to Australia. We have been contacted him at the end month of March to confirm his account for March’s salary, however, our email has not been responded. His mobile also is not reachable. We however, proceeded to pay his March’s salary to his normal local account as per previous salary made to him.

Please post in plain black type. All taxes have been paid for him on a timely basis , and we passed all tax receipts and statements to him on 26 February 2009. The last conversation we had with him was on 6 March 2009 , when we passed him his E-ticket for demobilization back to Australia.
