I apologize for the closure of our swimming pool and spa during your staying in our hotel.
In order to improve our system, our hotel decided to do the maintenance of swimming pool and spa from 28th July to 15th August. I am very sorry about all of the inconveniences caused to you, and have taken the matter up with management. In order to show our apology, we upgraded your room to corner Suite #x x x.
As one of our valued guests, your satisfaction is one of our primary concerns. Please accept our apology.
