Good afternoon,

Thank you very much for your mail and the time proposal.
The 4th august, I’m away on business. However, I’m available all the other days of the same week, my agenda is quite open.

Could we schedule another time?

I will be delighted to have a telephone interview with your colleagues.

Not good. Say eg this. Dear Tom (or Dear Mr Smith ), Thank you very much for your email (or letter , if it was paper) I will be delighted to have a telephone interview with your colleagues.
