Could you confirm or correct the questions? (9-6)

Hi teachers,
According to this text:
Ten minutes later, about three miles from the old lady’s house, Baxter suddenly saw someone on the dark road ahead.
“Look! There!” he shouted. “There’s someone on a bike! And Look! He’s going to get off!”

Could you confirm or correct the questions?
a) How far away were they from Mrs. Bentley's cottage?
(The students already know from previous episodes the name of the old lady and where she lives.)
b) What happened in a sudden way?
c) What kind of road was it?
d) Who do you think is on that bike?
(They can easily figure it out because of the reading.)

Thanks in advance.

Hi ennon,
The answer to this question, 'What happened in a sudden way?', should be, 'Baxter saw someone on a bike'. Right?
I can't use 'suddenly' in the answer at all, can I?

No, we already know it's sudden. Shouldn't the answer be "Baxter saw someone"? We don't find out about the bike until later.
