"These studies found higher levels of burnout among young people. Besides, these individuals work in a medical and health organization, and the organizational policies may include required training in their agenda to help the staff and librarians adapt to work conditions, environments, challenges, etc., and may provide instructions and services to their employees to help them prevent and treat their health problems. Therefore, these people will learn how to adapt to their work conditions and environment and will take preventive measures, so this can prevent the risk of burnout with an increase in age."
