Could you chenk this out?

He want to get the face-off surgery(or the face-transplantation) because he really hopes the other people less look back at him walking on the street.

Please tell me if there is some fault or unnatural expression.

There are several problems here. You could say:

"He wants to have cosmetic surgery so that people will no longer stare at him when he's walking down the street."

(A "face transplant" is a rather sensationalist term for an extreme surgical procedure. In most cases "cosmetic surgery" is more appropriate.)
