The party was perfect but some guest stealing Party holder's money in the house. This part after "but" needs to have a full verb in the past tense. Also, party is not capitalized. "Host" is a better word than "party holder". The definite article is required "the party holder's" "From" is more common than "in", and "one of the guests" is better than "some guest"

The party was perfect, but one of the guests stole the host's money from the house.

But the party wasn't perfect, was it?

The party would have been perfect except that one of the guests stole money from the host's house.
