Could you check whether my analysis is correct on a sentence?

We've all done things that we've needed to that we're not always proud of.

Q1) Is the sentence above correct?

Q2) I'm curious whether the object of "of" is "things"?

Q3) I think the sentence can be analyzed as below. Is my analysis correct?

1. We've all done things we're not always proud of.

2. We've all done things that we've needed to that.

First "that" as the object of "needed" refers to "things".

Second "that" refers to something else.
