Could you check this paragraph?

After a while, an orangutan glanced at me again and looked a little confused. He took another glance at an apple in his hand and
looked at me once again, who is standing outside the cage. He came closer to me slowly and tried to give it to me as if to say, "Do you want some?" It seemed to me that he thought that it's not good to eat the apple by himself." Of course, I didn't look at him because I wanted him to share it with me, so I declined his generous offer. He continued to eat it, looking somehow relieved.
