I completed my graduation in 2002 and since then, I have been working in national and international development organizations as a supervision and program implementation role. I have worked in CSS at Khulna as a sponsorship coordinator and Monitoring and Evaluation officer for six and half years. Then I worked with Habitat for Humanity International as an area coordinator at Satkhira and Jessore for three years. Lastly I have worked in SIL International Bangladesh as a Development officer. I have ten years of work experience in supervision and leadership level. Beside my service, I received MBA degree.
