In the present, the ferry has been replaced by a new road bridge straightforward to the city. Another bridge was also constructed for walkers next to the road bridge. On the South West, the tree area was cut down and replaced by a car park. In the future, a yacht marina and a car park are planned to be built in the North West, next to the footbridge.

( You say that it was developed in 1965, and the map shows the time before 1965 and a time after 1965. That is not correct. The first map shows the area as it was in 1965. The second map shows what it looks like today. In between 1965 and the present day, there were developments.)

Overall, more residential areas have been built on the South East of the map, (Incorrect. Residences were not built on the map. Residential areas were built south of the old village of Ashford. ) whereas a new road bridge was constructed to replace for the ferry. (What about the foot bridge?)
