More and more women go out to works. Is it the government’s responsibility to subsidize them and provide free staff and facilities to care for their children? To what extent do you agree or disagree with this idea?
The idea that because the number of women who go out to work tends to increase, the government have to support them in taking care of their children remains a source of controversy. In my opinion, I completely agree with this view.
Firstly, there are the variety of reasons why women deserve government’s supporting policies to work outside their houses. There is no longer gender discrimination in labor market that women could have the opportunities to do whatever they want as men do now, however, women is only ones who can give birth to babies. As a result, they are often confronted with a dilemma if they need or want to work as well as be a mother. Furthermore, it is obvious that only government have the ability to subsidize female workers by establishing free nursery schools or kindergartens with skilled babysitters, which alleviate women’s stress from nurturing their children. Leaving their babies in such facilities, women will feel easier to earn a living without considering the extremely high cost of sending them to private facilities and risk of violence against children.
Secondly, providing free staff and facilities to take care children of busy business women bring a lot of benefits. Such supportive policies can attract lots of skilled men and women to reside and work for the government. A woman who received these sponsors will be motivated to dedicate time and effort to their work in that country, leading to enhance general working performance and boosts the economic development. Moreover, we all know that: “children today, the world tomorrow”. The future of any country will be mostly determined by the young people. Therefore, it is clearly that government should implement such policies to create favorable conditions for the young generations to enjoy the best caring ever since they were preschoolers.
In conclusion, the advantages of providing free staff and facilities to subsidize women who have to work and take care of children at the same time are overtaking its disadvantages. This will also ensure the government works more effectively and sustainably.
