Could you check my sentence below, please...tq

I’m so disturbed with another story of child abuse and it broke my heart….and I’m so upset and frustrated knowing that the neighbors are there seeing the incident but doing nothing! I would like to plead to my entire fellow friend, if we have seen such circumstances around, please, please, please do something to help, the least we can do is to make one phone call to the relevant authority. You never know, your actions might save another life of young & weak child who has been screaming for years…. May god bless her….
