I was there in your office but you were not around. However, I managed to discuss with Steve and he had mentioned to hold this issue until further notice. He had also pointed out that this matter will be resolved within that week. On the same day, I had also meeting up with Austin where he took all the supporting document and mentioned that this matter will be resolved. However, until todate, we have not received any confirmation from them. As your timesheet has been approved by Austin, I believe he needs to have a meeting with cost control group to clear this matter.
