Could you check my letter for my English lesson?

Hello everybody. My name's Peter and I come from Poland. I'm 18 and in May i'll be passing very important English exam. The level of that exam is compared to the FCE. I want to go to the polish army, where english is one of the most important subjects. I hope that I'll pass it with good mark:). I had to write about chairty action in my school to my friend from Irleand. Here it is!

Dear Aaron

Hi Aaron! How are you? I had to write to you earlier but as you know me I had forgotten about that. I've got some fresh news for you! Yesterday we were doing chairty action for abondoned animals especially dogs and cats. Together with my classmates we were collecting food for them. It was great idea that was created by myself. I had to organise nearly everything starting from preparing the class for this big event till bringing about sixty five kilograms of food. But also my classmates were very helpful. We had also many problems. For example we didn't know how to encourage people to that action. I found the solution. Together with my best friends we made big poster whose tittle was "Help us with poor anmials". I have to tell you that is worked pretty good. I hope I'll see you soon in Belfast. Bye!
