Could you check my grammer below please...tq
The payment order has been sent to our account dept for processing however, due to insufficient amount in the purchase order, we have to raise additional purchase order for this payment. The PO has been raised and is currently waiting for Director’s signature. Sam will update you once the payment has been processed.
