Could you check my grammar?

Hi,

I am not sure which sentence is correct between "it increased about 10-fold up to $952 billion" and "it increased $952 billion up to about 10-fold".

Could you tell me which one is fine?

I would just omit "up". "..... it increased about 10-fold to $952 billion, and in 2010....,
