Could you check my English writing, please?

Today I've studied the following phrasal verbs and made my own sentences by using them.

fall apart, pull down, tear down, screw up, knock over, put out, bend over backwards, see through, turn on, see to, set about, call off, break off, finish off, polish off, wind down, fizzle out, cut down.

1. My wallet has fallen apart.
2. My old school is pulling down.
3. My old school is tearing down.
4. I screwed up the letter angrily.
5. He's so strong he seems to screw a bucket up!
6. She said she knocked over my glass but I assume she did it on purpose.
7. He put out cigarette on his foot.
8. My mom always bends over backwards for me.
9. My grandmother saw me through when I was in difficult time. 10. I'm afraid he turn on me so I can't tell my opinion.
11. I rely on him because he always comes to me to see to my problem.
12. I set about cleaning up whole my house.
13. I called off my major at university.
14. She called off her job because her salay is drying up.
15. She broke off studying because there was a lot of noise.
16. I finished off my homework.
17. I first polish off my homework and then hang out.
18. Music winds down my stress.
19. My determination to quit cigarettes fizzled out.
20. My friend said I looked I've put on weight, so I decided to cut down on sweet drinks.
