Hello. I made two dialogues. Would you check them?

No. 1

M: This is a present for you, Sachi.

F: What a surprise! Thanks a million. May I open it now?

M: Sure. It's a little something, but I hope you'll like it.

No. 2

M: May [Could] I have a word with you?

F: What's the problem? [Do you have a problem?]

M: It's difficult to say in public.
Just between us [ourselves / you and me], please.

F: Let's go to my office, then.
