Could you check my English?

Hello. I made two dialogues. Would you check them?

No. 1

F: Wow, what a nice bag that is!

M: Thanks. My wife gave it to me.

F: It's so soft. What's it made of? It's made of leather, isn't it?

No. 2

M: Excuse me, I'm looking for a tax office.
Will you show me the way?

F: Sure. Go straight this street until you come to the intersection
and turn left. That road leads [takes] to the tax office.

M: Thanks a million. You helped me a lot.

Thank you!
