Could Woulds

Hi, I need help with the following sentence.

I pass Steve my file and begin my speech: A magazine was published where his company can place ads; contestants would be armed with his company's weapons; bags of his company's items would be distributed.

In order of sequence as they appear above:

Is my use of the colon correct?

can OR could?

would be OR will be?

would be OR will be?

Thanks!
