Dear all, I am asked for the letter of recommendation! So I've written it but I'd like to get confident on my writing. could you please check my English for me?

"I believe (Name) is reliable, hard-working, honest and peace-loving. I have found her customer service ability to deals with the large number of customers efficiently, politely and always with a smile even when she is under pressure from doing other tasks at the desk. I’ve never experience her arguing with her colleague or customers. In addition, I’ve always got her help willingly whenever I need; such as putting library activities information on Myanmar Network and asking for outgoing phone calls. The most distinctive thing is her interest on social welfare that she has helped me with giving organizations’ contact for sponsor while CSI organized the charity funfair on xxth November 20xx for underprivileged families and got diamond sponsorship from her contacts. Moreover, her great sense of humor makes us release our tiredness."
