Could u please review my Writing Task 1 essay?:(((

The bar chart given shows the statistic about the number of university’s subjects chosen by students in 2005.

The chart groups the students according to subjects and split these subject groups into male and female students. It’s not impedimental to see the enormous difference between male and female’s choices. ( or “show some general differences between men’s and women’s choices of subjects).

The number of male students who chose subjects ranged from under 5 thousand to over 20 thousand. Three subjects that male students chose most are Science, Mathematics, Literature. The male students that chose these 3 subjects’ number overwhelmed the number of female. Three subjects that male chose least are The Arts, Languages and Laws. The number of female students who chose subjects ranged from under 5 thousand to under 25 thousand. Literature, Languages and Social Sciences are chosen most. Laws, Mathematics and The Arts are chosen least. It’s a surprise that The Arts is one of the least chosen subjects instead of Science.

From the chart, we can easily see that science and Maths were the most popular choices for male students in 2005, but non-science subjects were more popular with female students.
