Could u correct the awkwardness of my sentences?

the situation was like this. I was on the train and somone sitting next to me asked me how far the stop he is looking for is. Following is part of our convesation

A: Excuse me! where is station A?

Me: Oh! I am not sure(instead of 'well'). Excuse me! Where are we on(can I use 'on'?) now?

Are we on Station A now?

B: Yes

Me: It's(Station A) is the stop after(can I say 'the stop next to' or 'the following stop after')Station B.

A: Thank you!

It is just one of those daily conversations that people experience in English speaking country. But I always feel a little bit awkward about the flow of the convesation. could you correct me?

The conversation above, as written, is a little hard to follow.

But, if someone asks, "Where is station A," and one is currently at (not on) station A, then one would say, "This is station A."

But, if someone asks, "Where is station B," and one is at station A, then one would say, "That is the next stop, " or, "station B is the next stop."

Hope this helps!

You should say "at Station A," not "on Station A."

first off, thank you so much for your answer. Now I see how stupid I was when I didnt use proper propositions. But it happens unconciously and it really bothers me.

It's not stupid at all - figuring out which preposition to use must be one of the hardest parts of learning English.
