Could u correct my sentence below please...tq
We wish to highlight that the original copy of Sam’s timesheet is previously attached together with invoice no.051.
Subsequently a credit note no CN-INV#051 is issued being credit charges against the above invoice only for Sam's salary for month the of August 2008.
As the issue is now resolved, we are claiming herewith by using the second copy of his timesheet for invoice no. 199 as the original had been submitted earlier with invoice no 051.
Also attached is Sam’s payment/invoice history for your easy reference.
Thank you.
