I have been working in NHS Trust for the past nearly six years, up to now I never visited in my home country to (Nepal) I had applied an annual leave for a month the purpose of visit my family which was two and half years go but some of the reason I wasn't able to go then. During this time unfortunately my dearest father had past way it was one and half year a go and I wasn't able to do my fasting at that time for my dearest father's peace of soul for our Hindu religion. In traditions of our Hindu religion, To finish my fasting it nearly takes a month, and I have some my others personal and family problems which I need to sort things out, and our dearest father left some properties which I am inheriting of him between our sister and brother and I need to sort out between us and it takes me bit longer time. Therefore I desperately need some extra ordinary time. Due to lots of thing I have been going through intense mental stress

For this reason, I would like you to request for six months leave which will include two weeks of annual leave and 22 weeks of unpaid leave. Would you be so kind as to approve my leave, which will be from ______to_______I, will be able to sort my problem out during this time and, hopefully, I will be able to come back to work before the end of my leave.

I hope this will not be a problem, and thank you in advance for your consideration.
