Could they be appropriate questions and answers? (9-5)

Hi teachers,
According to this text:
It is going to rain, and Julia hasn't got an umbrella. "I'm going to get very wet if that bus doesn't come soon!" she is saying to herself.
Could they be appropriate questions and answers?
a) Is it raining now? No, it isn’t. But is it going to rain soon.
b) What isn’t she carrying? She isn’t carrying an umbrella. / An umbrella.
c) What’s going to happen if the bus doesn’t come soon? Julia is going to get very wet.

Thanks in advance.

Hi Jim,
My ***, now I get why the universe is so big, besides carrying the starts, planets, and whatever is there, there might be all those things too. Never knew about them! I'm sure there are more than those ones you have mentioned, many more than them.
For example:

Hi Aspara Gus,
Could you tell me the reason not to use 'What doesn't Julia have?'
