Could someone pls help me with these?

It displays all the song names on yahoo.

it displays all the song's name on yahoo.

which one of the above it right?

it's not mine, but sunny's. thanks in advance.

is it okay to use an apostrophe after a person's last name: I had a conversation with Jim Smith's mom this morning.
