I am so grateful to receive the offer as a customer service executive form your end. I am satisfy to the benefit and salary which offered, and I feel that's my pleasure to work in your company as well. Unfortunately, I am sorry to inform you that I am not able to accept your offer.

I like my current job very much since my company provide a very good environment, also the company's policy is also very nice. Moreover, the company will move to my hometown so that I don't have to driver two hour per day to go to work anymore, that's the main reason to let me stay the company I am working right now since I have to take care my children everyday.
