Could someone please tell me whether is this sentence correct or not

This implies that the two people were having different relationships (i.e. not in a relationship with each other)

We broke up last week.
This implies that the two people were having a relationship with each other.

Thank you. Can you please explain the difference between Both of us and We in in above sentences which a make different idea?

Hmmm ... It's quite a subtle point. I can't think of any good explanation, except to say that in this case "both of us" suggests separate activity rather than joint activity, which is more or less just restating my last reply.
